
APPLE SANDWICH

1 Apple, cored
2 TBL Peanut Butter
1/2 cup Granola ( Homemade PB Granola )
1 TBL Raisins (OPTIONAL)
Core apple then slice horizontally into several slices and spread with PB. Sprinkle granola onto PB and top with another apple slice.
This snack fills 3/5 food groups (fruit, grain and protein)!!!
