TIP TUESDAY - re-purposing pumpkin seed

TIP TUESDAY!  HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!  One of my favorite Halloween traditions is carving pumpkins... that is after they have been cleaned out.  Here's a recipe to use up all those pumpkin seeds!  This recipe will minimize your waste and make pumpkin cleaning more purposeful!  :)
