Revive wilted produce: Don’t throw it away. Put it
in ice water for 15 to 20 minutes. It will stiffen it up
again. To keep your veggie tray crisp before an
event, cover with a damp paper towel and wrap with
plastic. It can be stored that way for up to 12 hours.
