Cucumber Hummus Boats

Ingredients:

  • 1 cucumber
  • 4 baby plum tomatoes
  • 3 TBL Hummus

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice cucumber. Use a spoon to remove seeded center.
  2. Fill with hummus and top with halved tomatoes. 








Frozen Yogurt Bark
Ingredients:
  • Plain greek yogurt
  • 1 TBL vanilla
  • Fresh fruit (washed and cut)
Directions:
  1. Mix vanilla into the yogurt. Spread yogurt in an even layer, approx 1/2" thick, onto a lined cookie sheet.
  2. Top with fresh fruit.
  3. Freeze for 1-2 hours or until set.







Apples and Peanut Butter
Ingredients:
  • Apples
  • Peanut butter
Directions:
  1. Wash and slice apple.
  2. Dip in the peanut butter.
